Privacy

PadelPin is run by Christian Dehn, a private person in Denmark, who decides what is stored and why (the data controller). This page says what we store about you, and why. Questions or requests: hello@padelpin.app.

Browsing the site

No account, no tracking cookies, no ads. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.

Tapping a button

When you tap Join on a game or the button on a lesson, we add 1 to that day's count for the game or lesson. Nothing about you is stored: no IP address, no cookie, no device.

Confirming or reporting a game

Your browser keeps a random number in its own storage (not a cookie) so you can vote only once. With your vote we store that number and a short code made from your network address that cannot identify you (about 256 addresses share each code). Both exist only to stop one person voting many times.

Sending us a game

The "Add a game" form asks for your name and an email or phone number. We use them only to ask you about that game; they are never shown on the site. We also keep the short network code above, to slow down spam. We delete your name and contact six months after we have handled your tip.

Writing to a club

WhatsApp and phone buttons open WhatsApp or your phone app. That conversation is between you and the club; PadelPin does not see it. The WhatsApp message is only pre-filled with the lesson's name.

Who processes data for us

Vercel (hosting and page-view counts) and Supabase (database). They store data only on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us, and complain to a data protection authority: Datatilsynet in Denmark (datatilsynet.dk), or the one where you live (in Spain: the AEPD, aepd.es).
